Homemade Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    garden fresh tomatoes
    fresh parsley
    basil
    dill
    1 tsp. coarse salt
    sugar
Preparation
    Wash and crush tomatoes thoroughly.
    In large pan add tomatoes and 1/2 water to each quart.
    Add herbs to taste.
    Heat slowly to 180\u00b0 until liquid.
    Through strainer cloth pour into glass or enamel container and let stand 24 hours in cool place.
    Syphon off clear juice.
    Strain again.
    Heat to 180\u00b0 adding 1/2 cup sugar for each quart.
    Pour into sterile jars and process again to 180\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon coarse salt per jar before sealing.
