Rice-Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms or 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 c. water
    oregano
    1 stick margarine (1/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Put rice, onion soup mix, mushrooms and water into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle oregano on top.
    Slice stick of margarine and distribute.
    Cover dish with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until water is absorbed.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
