Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
