Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen broccoli
    1 1/3 c. chicken stock
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. light cream
    1 fresh onion
    4 tsp. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Rub through fine strainer.
    Melt butter in heavy pan and cook onion without browning.
    Blend in flour.
    Add chicken stock.
    Cook a few minutes and add broccoli.
    Mix well.
    Slowly add cream until heated.
    Add salt and pepper if needed.
    Serve hot or cold.
