Spinach Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded cheddar
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    4 bacon strips cooked & crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 pkg. (10 oz) spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
    1 unbaked 10-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat eggs; whisk in milk, 1 c. cheese, onion, bacon, salt, mustard, and paprika.
    Add spinach.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 min. or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean.
