Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head red cabbage
2 apples (unpeeled), cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. apple cider
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut cabbage into 1/2-inch strips and place into saucepan with apples and remaining ingredients.
Simmer until cabbage is tender. May have to add more vinegar, sugar or salt for your own taste.
