Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1 lb. hot or regular bulk breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean), browned and drained
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. or 10 to 12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. half and half or 1 c. Pet milk and 1 c. cream
    1 tsp. mustard
    5 oz. can chopped green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer white bread, buttered on both sides,
    on
    bottom
    of
    pan.
    Spread sausage over bread; then
    add the
    grated cheese.
    Mix eggs, cream, salt, mustard and
    chilies. Pour
    over cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until light brown.
