Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. soft margarine
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Flour hands and mix until it forms a ball; divide in half.
    Grease and flour 2 pie pans or square pans.
    Press dough into pans to cover just the bottom.
    Prick with a fork all over.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Watch carefully.
    Cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    May serve with fruit of choice after baked.
