Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Cream margarine;
add
the
flour and 3/4 of the sugar; blend well.
Add\tthe
beaten egg yolks and mix well.
Add the milk, lemon juice and rind.
Beat the remaining sugar into the stiffly beaten
egg
whites
and fold them into the first mixture.\tPour into
greased
custard cups and place in a pan of hot water.
Bake in
a
moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Cool; unmold and serve with your favorite lemon sauce.
