Chocolate Truffle Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. whipping cream
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sweetened raspberries, thawed
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In a bowl, combine wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray. Freeze for 30 minutes. Spread chocolate ice cream over crust; freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
