Fried Apples(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

In large skillet, melt butter or margarine.
Add apples and spices.
Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve hot.
