Prawns Galleo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 nice size prawns
8 oz. butter
4 oz. sherry
1 oz. brandy
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1 tsp. diced garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
pinch of white pepper
pinch of salt
1 oz. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
-
Saute the onions, garlic and parsley in the butter for one minute; add the prawns and flame with the brandy.
Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for another minute.
