Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large boneless chicken breasts
3 eggs
1/2 c. Worcestershire white wine sauce
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. red hot sauce
1 c. flour
Preparation
-
Place clean chicken in bowl of Worcestershire white wine sauce and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon of water.
Mix dry ingredients.
Place chicken in egg, then flour and spice mixes.
Place again in egg mix, then flour mix again.
Fry until well done.
