Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch (about 4 c.) cooked broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
black pepper
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine soup, sour cream, salt and a dash of pepper.
Mix in broccoli and celery.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
Dot with butter, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and left in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
A great company dish.
