Craft Dough Cutouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shortening
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. salt
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Measure flour and add salt.
Gradually add water, stirring until a stiff dough forms.
If necessary, add up to 1/4 cup more water until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Place dough on lightly floured surface.
Knead for 5 minutes. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake dough for 30 to 45 minutes or until light brown on edges. Cool completely. Paint with acrylic paint and/or polyurethane.
