Creamy Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2 1/2 to 3 lb. Fryer, cut up
    1 lg. Onion, ringed
    2 tbsp. Margarine
    1 c. Tomato, chopped
    1 c. Green Pepper strips
    1/2 c. Milk
    1 1/2 tsp. diced Oregano Leaves
    1/2 tsp. black Pepper
    1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown chicken on all sides with onions in margarine.
    Add tomatoes, green peppers, milk, seasoning and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Uncover, continue cooking 10 minutes. Remove chicken to platter. Melt cheese with vegetables and serve over chicken.
