German Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped meat (chopped stew beef)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs (Italian flavor)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together with hands (moosh it together). Make patties and broil or fry on both sides.
