Plantation Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 squash, diced (yellow or zucchini)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushroom soup
    1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in water
    2 eggs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    bread crumbs
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash.
    Drain.
    Add other ingredients except crumbs and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Put in casserole.
    Add bread crumbs and cheese on top and bake at 375\u00b0 until hot, about 45 minutes.
