Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen berries
2 frozen, ripe bananas, peeled and sliced before freezing
1/4 c. dates (optional)
pineapple juice as needed
Preparation
-
Put berries, bananas and dates in blender with enough pineapple juice to make blender work.
Garnish with fresh berries or touch of toasted coconut.
