Cocoa Crispy Bars - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
2 Tbsp. unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 c. crisped rice cereal
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Melt the butter and chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the Marshmallow Creme, cocoa and vanilla; stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add the cereal, stirring until well-coated. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Spray your hands with nonstick spray and press the batter down evenly. Let cool 10 minutes, then cut into 24 squares.
