Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
    1 c. diced celery
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. blanched, slivered almonds
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. oil (peanut preferred)
    1/4 c. snow peas, chopped
    1 green onion, chopped (with greens)
Preparation
    Cook:
    Stir-fry chicken until done. Remove from pan.
    (Cook garlic in with chicken.)
    Stir-fry rest of ingredients approximately 3 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender.
    (Remove from skillet; blend into chicken.)
