Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. white syrup
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Cook sugar, syrup, water, butter and salt until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking without stirring until syrup forms brittle ball in cold water.
Add vanilla; stir only enough to mix into hot syrup.
Pour syrup slowly over popcorn, mixing well. Shape into balls.
Use butter to coat hands before shaping popcorn balls.
