White Cake Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegetable shortening
1/3 c. butter
1/4 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 Tbsp. + 1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and shortening.
Add vanilla.
Gradually add sugar, 1 cup at a time.
Beat well on medium speed.
When all sugar has been mixed, mixture will appear dry.
Add milk.
Beat at high speed until fluffy.
