Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3 to 4 c. cooked rice
    1 stick oleo
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions and drain well.
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in oleo.
    Stir in cheese to drained broccoli.
    Add vegetables and stir with undiluted soup into the rice.
    Put in shallow dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
