Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 sticks margarine
    1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 eggs
    1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    4 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine margarine, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.
    Heat until bubbles form, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add confectioners sugar, vanilla and nuts.
    Beat until spreadable. You may have to add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of milk to make spreadable.
