Rice And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 cans beef consomme (10 oz. each)
    1 can whole mushrooms and juice (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Saute rice, mushrooms and margarine for 10 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Add the 2 cans consomme.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
