Lillie'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 lemons or 5 Tbsp. juice
    small amount grated lemon rind
    6 egg yolks
    hunk of butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; mix sugar, flour and little of lemon rind.
    Pour dry ingredients into boiling water. Cook until thickened; set aside.
    Beat egg yolks, rest of lemon juice and a little water; stir together and add butter and pour into shell. Top with egg white.
