Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes (instant)
    1/4 tsp. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 c. bread flour (no substitute)
Preparation
    After you have mixed and kneaded, place in a large greased bowl and let rise most of the day, then punch down and divide into 3 parts and shape into loaves.
    Place in greased pans and let rise overnight.
    The next morning, preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and let bake 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0.
    Bake until done (usually 25 to 30 minutes).
    Turn out on racks to cool.
