Old Fashioned Strip Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cool broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    flour for board and rolling pin
    6 or more c. seasoned boiling broth
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cool broth and salt.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour and stir to make sticky ball.
    Turn ball onto floured board and work into least possible flour to keep dough from sticking.
    Roll as thin as possible (if thicker, must cook longer).
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch strips with a knife.
