Great Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can whole green chili peppers, chopped and drained
    1/2 c. bottled salsa
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    few dashes of bottled hot pepper sauce
    tortilla chips or large corn chips
Preparation
    Mix all. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 3 to 24 hours. Serve with tortilla or corn chips for dipping. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
