Guamanian Chicken-On-A-Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken strips
    2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    bamboo sticks
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken, for marinade. Marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hours.
    Put 2 to 3 pieces of chicken on a bamboo stick.
    Grill over hot coals until well done.
