5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    4 carrots, quartered
    4 potatoes, quartered
    2 onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
    1/4 C. water
    1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a covered casserole. Make sure lid is tight. Cook in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
