Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Bisquick
2 c. cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar mixed)
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cook and stir sausage and hamburger, onion, pepper and seasoning until brown; drain.
Stir in sauce and 2 tablespoons Bisquick.
Simmer and stir 1 minute.
Pour into pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat 1 cup Bisquick, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs.
Pour over cheese.
Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.
