Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. small mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. shredded Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. red wine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. fine cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Preparation
    Remove stems.
    Brush caps with melted butter. Combine butter and garlic.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Add wine, soy sauce and cracker crumbs. Fill caps with mixture.
    Place on foil covered sheet and broil 3 minutes.
