Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 to 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. red grape halves
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
Preparation

Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned; cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on top.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Cool.
Brush over fruit. Chill.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields 16 to 20 servings.
