Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 bottle red food coloring
    cream cheese icing
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add oil; beat well.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar; beat well.
    Add food coloring; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in three 8-inch greased and floured round cake pans for 25 minutes.
    Ice with cream cheese icing.
