Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine first 6 ingredients; add next 3 ingredients, beating with electric mixer until combined.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Turn into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan after 10 minutes.
