Basque Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chorizo or Italian sweet sausage, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery
    4 Idaho potatoes, pared and diced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
