Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. salted peanuts
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt in 2-quart casserole. Cook 7 to 8 minutes on Full power.
    Add margarine and vanilla and blend.
    Cook for 2 minutes or until it reaches 300\u00b0.
    Stir in baking soda until light and foamy.
    Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
    Let cool and break into pieces.
