Applesauce Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. All-Bran
1/4 c. milk
1 c. applesauce
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Sift together first 6 ingredients.
Set aside.
Mix All-Bran, milk, and applesauce together.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Add egg and oil and beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Pour into 12 lined muffin pans.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
