Corn Parmesan Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. American or Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream-style corn
Preparation
    In a large pan, add water, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper; cook until done.
    Do not drain.
