Nut Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    14 saltine crackers
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Chop pecans fine; crush crackers.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour in a greased pie plate. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool and cover with Cool Whip.
