German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boiled, thinly sliced, small, red potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon, cubed and fried
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    3 small onions, finely diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slightly brown bacon, drain and put grease back into pan. Combine flour, sugar, vinegar and water into bacon drippings (use large skillet).
    Add onions, salt and pepper; simmer until onions are tender.
