Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. Crisco (butter or regular)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients well; add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour with soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Mix well; bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Can be dropped by spoonfuls or chilled and rolled.
