Erin'S Delicious Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 in.) deep dish pie crust
    2 ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
    1 vidalia onion, sliced
    1 c. Mayo
    1 c. Sharp chedder cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. Basil flakes
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pre-cook piecrust according to directions on package. Cool.
    Thickly slice tomatoes.
    Slice the onion slightly thinner than the tomatoes.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the mayo, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
