California Beef And Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. regular rice
    1 medium bell pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and pepper; drain.
    Stir in water, rice and bouillon, bring to a boil and simmer (covered) 20 minutes. Stir in tomato, sprinkle cheese; cover, turn off heat.
    Let sit 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese.
