Turkey And Carrots In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    6 to 8 medium carrots, cut diagonally in 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/8 tsp. basil leaves
    1/3 c. sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pkg. turkey breast tenderloins
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat oleo in medium skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Cook turkey in oleo mixture until brown.
    Place turkey and carrots in a shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl.
    Stir in orange juice, garlic salt, basil and pepper. Pour over turkey and carrots.
    Add onion over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/4 hours or until carrots are done.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
