Pecan Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter flavor Crisco
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Heat oven at 325\u00b0.
Combine butter Crisco, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Combine flour, oats and salt into mixture.
Round teaspoon of mixture into balls.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until bottoms are light golden brown.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet.
Roll in sugar while warm.
Cool completely on cooling rack.
Re-roll in sugar.
Makes about 4 dozen.
