Red And Green Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    4 large red peppers
    6 medium onions
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Use medium blade of food grinder to cut peppers and onions. Drain juice from vegetables.
    Add to vegetables the salt, sugar and vinegar.
    Heat to boiling point and boil gently for 5 minutes. Put into hot, sterilized jars and fill to top immediately.
    Makes 4 1/2 pints.
