Goulash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 to 1 lb. cubed beef
    2 cans beef broth
    1 can water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    2 medium potatoes, diced fine
Preparation
    Saute onion diced fine in 4 tablespoons margarine until tender.
    Add paprika. Cook until bubbly.
    Put in bowl and set aside. In same pan, melt 4 tablespoons margarine and cubed beef, which has been floured.
    Cook until browned.
    Add onion, paprika mixture, beef broth and 1 can water.
    Heat to boiling, stirring. Add tomato sauce and 1 can water.
    Once again, heat to boiling, add potatoes which have been diced.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Simmer at least 2 to 4 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
